Took me all of 8 hours to get the right feel for this one. took many attempts and it didn't work.

I took a few breaks cleared my head and boom, this came out.

yeah it's as rough as f*** and needs cleaning up a lot but This will be killer when I'm done with it.

This was recorded with my Vintage Metal Axxe, plugged into a Blackstar HT-5, only pedal used was a Standard Dunlop Cry baby reissue. the emulated output was used on 4x12 setting and all this was recorded in guitar rig 4.

Re: Deep within.

I know. I'm working on ir but i have never used a metronome in my life so that's why i struggle also the fact that when i play the rhythm track recording i go to play the lead bit during recording and then i can't gear the rhythm bit lol so that really don't help.

what do you think of the structure i feel it needs tidying up?

Re: Deep within.

Structure exists to support something. (Usually, a melody and/or vocal.) Compose an actual melody and the rest will fall into place.

The bridge section of your chord progression is begging to have Michael Stipe sing "I dig the part about Low" over it. The fuzz wah in the latter third of the recording reminds me of "Fun House" era Stooges.

The fuzz wah wasn't intentional, it was accidental in the way it came out.

However it sounded kick ass so I kept it, lol
