Did a little extra on my Wolf neck today...

My Korean Wolf is nice and I finally got it the way I want it sound and hardware wise.
So today after work I started to shape the neck the way I want it, man those necks are comfy from the start, now it feels like 20 years down the road, very assymetrical down at the 3rd 2nd and 1st fret on both down and thumbside, and at 10th to 12th on the thumbside.
Plus I gave the whole lenght a slight flattening on the top of the curve, rounded off the bulb at the headstock and made it more flat.
It is very very nice to play now, and very smooth now.
And a few pics as well.

The quilt is quite nice on your wolfie, i haven't seen one with that figured a top in a shop.

I know what you mean about the necks, they feel very full and comfortable

LOL

The trem on Wolfies isnt backrouted so it can stay :)

Well I hate them when they go back:D
So I am happy.
Can't stand the gargle nor the loss of sound, they get blocked for backwards movement if they have a cavity;)

I played one just like that not long ago. One of the nicest necks ive played. The body shape hasnt exactly grown on me though. I also like the idea of having a non back routed floyd with a detuna. Your one looks sweet, enjoy:)
