Stiff isn't new. Tony Krank left Krank to form Stiff in 2011.

Would have no idea if any of them even exist in Australia.

Theres nothing official. The lady at the water supply said they closed down, their websites gone, and all their stuff is marked down by their dealers. apparently they were in financial trouble. So i would say yeah they're closed. It sucks because i like their amps especially their cabinets.
