one of the pots went out in my expression factory, so i emailed digitech for the part number, and they gave it to me immediately. then i called the factory and gave the guy the part number, and the guy sent me a replacement pot for free. i'm like thanks bro.

Never been a huge fan of their stuff, but great to hear a company backing up their **** well...and free to boot!

I like the uni-vibe and leslie rotary emulators the most. The flanger is good too. The wah models are great too, but i use my modded cry baby for that. The distortion modelers all suck except for the big muff.

The bad monkey is the best OD pedal i've used, especially for $40.
