Dimensions of Les Paul Speed Knobs

Can a LP owner please quickly measure a speed knob for me? I'd like to know the height and width of them.

It would be great if I could have them both in mm and inches.... Merci!:beerchug:

You sure you specifically want the Speed knobs (Rubber outside ring), not the standard Barrel or Bonnet knobs?

Don´t have an LP here, but just checking, as the speed kobs are rather uncommon these days....

AH.. I´ve always heard of those as "Barrel" knobs.... What most over here call "Speed" knobs are essentially the same thing with a rubber ring... (cant find a pic)

Though I could never understand why, I find them quite sluggish....

Either way, thx Mike

In that case: For USA Split shafts or for Import shafts??? I know there are 2 sizes.... Or at least there used to be....

I dunno, I just pictured you in a shop away from home with cash to burn and a need for new knobs :D:D

On that note: How´s London?

London is very cool... There's a lot to see and do, some hot girls scattered about, and most importantly, the guitar shops are waaaaaay better. :D

They actually have PRS's here!!! :eek2: *shock horror* :laugh2: :laugh2:

ahhh i know what you mean now zerb. they look just like the ones i posted but have a rubber strip around them almost like a black rubberband. i've actually been looking for a set of that style with no luck. i just thought they looked kinda cool and may work well for pinky volume swells.
