Like STRATDELUXER97 suggested, I would use a DS-1 or a Tube Screamer modded to a TS-808. If you like the distortion you are getting, you just need something to boost the signal. Either pedal is good for this. Turn everthing down and just turn up the level knob to what you like. You can even add a little gain from the pedal if you want for more coloration. Not to much though or it will sound fuzzy and muddy.
