Dmz Cruiser

OH THE DOUBLE THICK GLAZE!
Hella impressed with this pup. I've been mostly off of true single coils lately, so I decided to try this one and it's great. It's the lightest wound and most trebly of the Dmz single coil size humbuckers. It really emulates the sparkle of a true single coil strat perfectly while having a slight cluck from side by side coils. This thing is barely over 3k lol! and so is super detailed, but has the right amount of output. It's even slightly hotter than a true single coil in my estimation. I think anyone who wants a noiseless strat pickup with an authentic sound would love this.

Andy Timmons uses a TON of compression in his signal chain. The Cruisers are excellent and I have noticed Andy puts his AT-1 very low in height since it slightly over powers the Cruisers. His use of compression is a BIG part of his tone. His tone is amazing.

I've had one for years in an Ibanez RG. I use the Cruiser bridge model in the middle position with a Fred in the bridge and a Paf Joe in the neck. Its a great combo.
