Unfortunately, yeah, just Gotoh supplies them as far as I've seen.

I actually ended up fashioning a nut shim out of heavy duty aluminum foil for one guitar.

You can get them from Stewart McDonald also. There's come in different thicknesses that only go half way across, in case you need to shim one side more or less than the other.
