Do Gibson SG Standard tuners fit the Faded SG's?

I need a replacement tuner for my Gibson Faded SG. Its hard enough to find just one so, if I have to, I might just replace the whole set. Would the tuners from a Standard fit without having to do any drilling? Any other tuners out there that would be a perfect fit for this? Thanks.

My guess is that they would fit fine, w/o drilling.

I put Grover locking tuners in my '61 LP/SG reissue, and they fit perfectly. Gibson's tuners, especially the Kluson-type, really suck. Check the Gibson website and see if they'll give you the diameter of the holes on yours, then match that to the specs on the tuners (I prefer Schaller or Grover). The Stew-Mac website gives you the manufacturer's specs also.

I just checked my parts bin, I have a couple sets of these still new pulled from some of my Gibsons (Les Pauls I think, I loose track of my gear-whoring, LOL). I like to put Sperzels on my stuff.

I'll sell you a set with screws for $20 shipped via priority mail. That's cheaper than the other guy and I can ship them as soon as Thursday. Paypal or M/O and references under my ebay name gearstuff*

If they don't work for any reason I'll buy them back if you want.
