rarely. only when i get heavy into it. i dropped one tonight. actually it was on an upstroke so it really flew up into the air pretty far.

In 15 years I dropped a pick only 2 times. Strange because I'm a very dynamic player. I stopped using medium teardrops ages ago and I don't have any problems with oval triangle 1-1.5mm picks, I've never dropped one. I noticed that the heavier the pick the better the grip. Besides, a 1mm< pick never breaks. You might not like the tone, anyway.
