I have Schallers on a couple of guitars and almost wish Id started with those. I like the pull release and the way the button sets into the cup for added security. I started using Dunlops as I prefered the looks cuz they dont have the pin sticking out. So, I normally use them so my straps will be interchangable.. Ive not had any probs tho

While I don't have anything to add to this post, and usually never do, I just wanted to say that I come to this forum and only this forum because you guys are incredible. A member needs a little part and what, six or seven people offered to send him anything from the clip to a box of parts, some brand new! Of course we all love Jolly and would help him any way we could, but you guys have offered up stuff to anyone--even newbies. Ah, maybe I'm just getting emotional in my old age, but I think that this forum has the best people. Rock on.

We call them C or E clips. any hardware or auto parts store should be able to fix you up. Take the one you have with you and match it to the one you are buying.

Yeah, I was going to today, but it's poured the rain here most of the day, and I didn't feel like getting out on the roads with all the idiots.
