Shouldn't be hard at all to put those together yourself. Open covers are available anywhere. Just find some mesh with the pattern you like and cut it and put it inside. You'll want to put some tape inside to insulate the poles from the mesh.

I would think there is room for dozens of new pickup cover designs. It would be a fairly easy and cheap way to set your guitar apart, or change it up every few months or years.

Mincer, didnt you run a poll on here asking about different pickup covers at one time? Did anything ever come of that?

I think I did. The results went straight to the New Products guy at the time. Deciding what products to produce, however, is the end result of a lot of people's inputs, and lots of charts and graphs, I am guessing.

Well, like Mincer suggested, those have given me some ideas on some custom covers I'd like to make for some of my guitars.
