Hi!! All

I was played my friend's guitar Gibson with P-90 pickup
sound was really good!!

But my guitar was humbucker size
so Phat Cats is my exit way. :laugh2:

I have some Question? please me know

1.Does Phat Cats have a noise when use in single pickup (position)
2.Can it hum cancle in mid position (2 pickups work together)

Yes, but it is partially sheilded due to the metal cover... and Yes

Mine are compareable to the APS's I have in my strat as far as the noise level when using OD. It's not too bad, but it's not exactly quiet either.

if you shield the guitar well it isnt too noisy. its a single coil pup, its gonna hum a little so if you are in places that have lots of things that are gonna contribute to the noise (neon signs, florecent light) shield your guitar

I'm in Thailand
it's too hard to looking for non popular pickup's model in Thailand,
so, I was called to dealer (in Thailand) to order Phat Cats, but they said
"hey it's not a pop model if I order it who's gonna buy???" they also sale
59'model or JB model, oh... poor me ... :blackeye:

My solution is order it's from online store in USA like
Musicianfriend.com or ZZounds.com :blackeye:
and send the pickup to myfriend who's living in USA....
(my friend will come to Thailand this December)

although, I got to wait till the end of this year ha......... :smack:

I have humbuckers that have more 60-cycle hum than my Phat Cats. Very quiet, not even an issue.
