Your work is excellent. I can tell you are meticulous about your work. I have some talents myself, but building guitars isn't one them. Its really coming along thanks for the pics, keep them coming.

that birdseye makes a wonderful top. I wonder why you don't see it used as a top very often.

Just curious, what's with all the little holes in the bottom of the pickup routs?

Before I route I pre drill with a forstner bit to remove material, and this little holes are the center tip of the guy, I usually try not to go too deep so when I route they are removed but this time you can still see them. Not concerned being you won't see them after pickup install

I wondered the same, that's why I wanted to use it..lol..i still have more and because it came out good I'll use it for another future build

That's a great idea to pre-drill the pup routs! Saves a lot of wear and tear on the router bit and bearing.
