What pickups are in the one on the left?

Personally, diamonds. Either that, or a custom dragon-related design.

When i make my own necks i have been putting in dots as it is much easier then routing/craving out for shapes.... I want to make a Les Paul copy oneday and i will need to make my own Trapaziod inlays..... No one sells replacements Gibson inlays except Stew mac who sells LP Custom inlays.... Warmoth makes The Lp Standard style inlays but they will not sell them unless you want a neck with them in it....

my dream axe would have my initials JB in each fret !!! or maybe like Jason Becker use to use, the big numbers with colors... it´s kinda silly but funny.

I like the diamond inlays on my Martin the best. if I could build a dream guitar it would have Celtic knots at the position markers.

I've seen Gibson Trapezoid inlays pop up on E-bay from time to time.

I personally hate the block inlays on my Les Paul Custom. They just seem so boring, but I do like them better than dots on a Les Paul. Dots are good on strat type guitars

I love fancy, intricate stuff like vines and the PRS eagles. But I think my all-time favorite is the simple dots, but located near the top edge of the fretboard as in the Ibanez Petrucci.

I like those inlays. The few Schecters I tried were pretty decent guitars.

i voted other. i like trapizoids on pretty much any neck. dots are fine though..i guess it really depends on the guitar

piranha tooth inlays (preferably in maple on ebony or abalone)
reverse shark fins (the 24th fret one including, if not, i couldnt care less for em)
no inlays
pentagrams @ 12th fret only

not in any peticular order
