There are Seths with double creams from the regular production line too......its a bit random but they do come that way.
Double cream is only an issue from US makers. Any Canadian winder can and does use double cream and sell to the states with zero comeback.
For mine they're worth no more or less than any used Seth pickup. The First year of production might attract a premium, but not a huge one.

I love the double cream look and I would pay a little extra for a set of double cream Seth’s. The guitar on the right has double cream Seth’s. I forget what I paid but it was worth it to me. Bought them used and paid about what a new set would cost.

I currently have 14 double cream SD pickups and I've bought all of them here on the forum over the years, or back when you could get double cream as a Shop Floor Custom Order through a SD Dealer. So the new retail price 10+ years ago is the most I've paid for a DC pickup. Most were bought used and for the same or just a few bucks more than the same pup in zebra would cost used.
If I really needed or wanted a specific set in DC and found them in good shape used, I would probably pay up to about the retail price of a new set of the same pickups. I'm certainly not paying $150-$200 per pickup like some are asking. I'll buy 2 sets of zebra/reverse zebra and make 2 DC's and 2 blacks and sell the blacks off before I pay stupid money for a DC set.
If it was a custom shop set or something rare I might pay custom shop prices to get them, but that would have to be a killer special set.
