DPerley gates plus Real?

I have a fender modern player plus telecaster and I want to replace the bridge pickup. From my research they say this will drop in with no problem.Its the sound I'm looking for. Question to the experts here is if this is legit? Really respect your advice..thanks..Here are a couple of pics.. It's a pearly gates plus bridge pickup by sd.

The Pearly Gates Plus is actually a hotter wind from the standard Pearly Gates, and it has an Alnico 5 magnet rather than 2. I know a few Fender models have that pickup.

I think I remember the old Road Worn Strat I had came with one of those. I've never had a regular Pearly Gates to compare, but the one I had, sounded nice. I'm just into hotter pickups, so I swapped it out.

But bottom line, yeah. Those are legit. They were made for Fender by SD.
