Drop and Gain Clips

Well I finally have gotten good enough at recording where i feel it is appropriate to share my sound with all of you. Behold Lace Drop and gains. Any feedback on recording techniques would be helpful.


And to make things fun I want you guys to try to guess what amp i am playing through I'll give you hints until you get it.

No. None of you have gotten the family yet. Understand that the width of the tone comes from my bbe in the effects loop and so that might be skewing your perceptions. Good guesses though. Keep it up one of you will get the amp family soon.

a fender? kinda reminds me of my friends set up trough his fender amp..

aha! Taphappy got the family. good job sir. It is actually an avt50 combo. its not the best amp but i'm amazed how people heard it and what they thought it was. Peavey XXX and Mesa rectos, its interesting how much a little sound engineering can do. The mystery is solved i'm guessing a few of you are surprised though.

i forgot to check back on this... i wanted to know what it was. Kinda surprising but it reminded me to much of my friends setup, he uses a old fender reissue amp with his GT-6 and other modeling devices and gets a very similar sound to yours, almost identical
