ok, i think i figured out a way to run 2 simultanious signals into my amp from the same guitar, but just wanted to make sure it'd work the way i want it to. now, i've got my guitar running straight into my phaser into my chorus, and i split my signal from one half of the chorus into my metal zone, and the other half into my ds-1 and mxr classic distortion, and both the 'zone and classic are into the 2 inputs on my amp. i've run the amp with both inputs and each signal is completely dry of the other. now, my problem is that my chorus pedal's manual says that the two outputs are out of phase with eachother. i'm assuming that it's so when the effect is running it pans in stereo. but i want to know, will my signal be out of phase when the chorus pedal is off? and if i turn the chorus on, will the effect just not work since the two signals cancel eachother out? otherwise if it works the way i want it to i can have a heavy thick sound from the metal zone and a cutting, cleaner tone from the ds-1:naughty:
edit: btw even if nobody replies to this i'm still running this setup tomorrow
