rombola said:what about the little screws on top of the pickup do they have to be all lined up or its the same thing?

You might also try setting the screws lower to the pickup (but still 'radiused') and the whole pickup higher, and then the opposite, with the pickpup being lower, and the screw poles being higer. There are LOTS of different sounds to be had from any one pickup, depending on how you set it. Also, if you're still having issues with bass response, you might try keeping the bass side of the pickup a little closer to the strings than the treble side.

any suggestions?

Luke Duke said:Man it's just a screwdriver. Although I don't match mine to the radius 9on most guitars) I do raise and lower the screws depending on string volume. I'd suggest raising the bass side of the pup.

I totally agree.Luke Duke said:It is a tedious process but the rewards are well worth it.
