Duncan P90 Custom Magnet Issue?

Hi!

I just bought a set of Duncan P90 Customs (3B + 3N) and I noticed 1 of the magnets isn't centered (see photos)

Is this an issue? If yes, how should I correct it?

Thanks!

Haven't noticed that on any of my P-90's. I also take the ceramics out of the Duncan P-90's that have them, and put in alnicos for a truer P-90 sound.

The stock P90s of the Gibson 50s tribute already had Alnico 5s and they sound great! I just want to try something different.

Should I center this magnet? Loosen the screws and push it?

Yes, not a big deal. Both magnets should touch the pole pieces. Mind the other magnet comes loose too, if you loosen the screws.
I've removed a magnet before in a humbucker pup. I was just wondering if centering it, or the fact that it's not centered, makes an impact.

This was pulled from a Godin btw. I wonder how that sounded. Or maybe it was the reason why it was pulled and sold?

Leads are rather short for a Les Paul, but I have some extra braided wires.

You probably won't hear any difference but technically it will make a slight difference. In any case, it's a simple thing to center it so why not?
