is there really an sh-57 out there or have they just made a mistake? theres nothing about it on the duncan site and i've never heard about them before?!?

Look at the description:
It is a SH-5, and it must be the version for 7 String, as this

SKU: 1107177STRNECK

implies.
So it is the SH5-7

There is a neck and bridge version though????? I didnt think the Custom 7 has a matching neck version does it?

Also, they list the 7-string models as being in stock and this one isnt. It says 2-3 weeks. Also the 7 string version does not have a neck option???? Plus the price is higer that a standard custom from them????

There is no SH-57. There's an SH-5, and the description of that pickup is the same as that of an SH-5.

As for the addition of the "7," that appears to be a typo.

bit of a coincidence, i've seen an sh57 on at least 3 different websites! i think it is possiably an sh-5 7 string version, or maybe they got mixed up between the 59 and the gibson classic 57's? or maybe every site i've seen them on typed a 7 after the sh-5? lol it could happen!
