All SD tele lead pickups use a standard set of 3/4" (19.05mm) Phillips roundhead, 6-32 thread screws. A good solution if the screw holes have stripped is to use a set of tinnerman nuts if you can find them in an appropriate threading and size that will fit the pickup cavity.

The fastener serves the functions of both a lock washer and a nut.
