Re: Eddie's new Wolf - Oppa Les Paul Style!
does he use a saw for a belt buckle?

I like how it has been aged to look like an original 50s Wolfgang
No , it's really maple.

It sounds like a great r9 les Paul. A good les paul shouldn't be muddy, instead balance its fattyness and bite, like putting mustard on a steak sandwich to counter the fat. Gibson lost that. Fender gained it.oh how the world turned.
Everybody who was there and was allowed to play that baby said:yeah, this IS a les paul.
PS. It had the same Wolfgang pickups as the regular Wolfgang, proving those pickups worth: they sound great in both types of guitars, and not just basswood plus maple.

Anybody else ever play a chord a certain way on a Les Paul with a PAF-ish bridge pickup and think, "Man, that sounds a lot like early VH."?
saw one with a gold finish and creme p90's. These guitars are real les paul killers, even more so than PRS cause PRS sound dead to me and these guitars are ALIVEEEEEYou're not helping. If they made a P90 version, I'd probably experience a full blown gas explosion.
Other thing I like is the low neck angle; seen so many new LPs with the bridge in the stratosphere.
^^ Bastard :argh:, I just blew all the glass in my house.
Yeah, I bet they are pricey, but I suppose they're meant to compete with CS LPs and PRS single cuts, and Ed has to get a cut.
Hate to think what a reliced one would be, $5-10k?
