Extra points for the toes making it in the picture. Also why does the big silver pedal say "NOOE"?
As for the question, I like mine after the wah, because usually I like wah to be the first pedal to respond to picking dynamics. But to me wah and compressor are interchangeable. If you have your wah set for a volume boost when it's engaged, then definitely put it after the compressor. You can also experiment with the amount of added hiss and noise from each configuration. If the wah has a noisy buffer, then the compressor will be boosting noise. If the compressor and wah are noisy, then the compressor first could be worse. Hard to say.

It's safe to do either way, but the ideal way is to put wah before compressor. This way, the compressor can level out volume jumps caused by blasting and cutting different frequencies. In the end, it's safe to try it both ways and see which works better for you.

Trust your own ears! (I like the comp before the wah myself.)
My standard advice to anybody looking to buy a compressor is, DO NOT SKIMP! Since you're putting the comp early, if not first, in the signal chain, it is going to affect everything that follows it. If you start with garbage, nothing down the line is going to make it any better. Try a bunch of compressors and buy the one that sounds best, price be ****ed!
