Yeah, it's not on iTunes. :( You have to rip it from 'Tube.

Ok guys, I have also gotten a few emails and PM's about an audio only download for Eleanor Rigby, I emailed John and am waiting on an answer as I type this.

I'll let you guys know what I find out and thanks so much for all the kind words!

Re: Eleanor Rigby

Thanks C. I would much rather get this song the right way and pay for it, because John deserves the credit for his work.

Re: Eleanor Rigby

In a word.... FANTASTIC! Not the biggest fan of the Beatles but THAT was really REALLY ace. As already said, very tasteful guitar work, and the tone was superb too. You obviously really did invent fire my friend!

Re: Eleanor Rigby

Finally got a chance to listen to this.

I'm usually completely opposed to people doing Beatles covers, but this guy actually did a very good job. He took the original somewhere it never really went.

As for your playing, excellent! You played exactly what the song called for, no more, no less. Also, you've seriously got me thinking about finding/building a nice Fuzz Face!

Man, thanks SO much for that!

I did have a bad feeling when John told me what the track was but after a listen decided to get involved, as for my playing thats the nicesest thing I've heard about it yet, thansk so much!

If you do decide to build a Fuzz Face let me know!

Re: Eleanor Rigby

Very nicely done! I enjoyed that a lot!

Like some others, I don't usually like fuzz, but that tone is tasty as hell, and the solo fits in perfectly!

Re: Eleanor Rigby

Man that is a great video. I really like the way the song is changed-up, with a modern feel to it, without losing the mood of the original. Very cool classic rock work on your part. I'm a Beatles fan like lots of other guys on this forum and I agree that it is sacrilegious to do a halfast cover. This guy/group took a chance and really pulled it off. Great job to all.
