Actually it's closer to a Veleno. Steve plays TB500 and a TB500-type clone made by Electrical Guitar Company. The necks on these two models are aluminum but the bodies are wood. Veleno made hollow all aluminum guitars, they run any where from $5000-$10k.

Pretty awesome looking guitar. Five years ago my dream was to own a guitar with a completely mirrored finish. Luckliy I've matured... slightly.

No that's a Travis Bean TB500 model. You can see it at the bottom there. They go for about $5k a piece right now. He owns at least two.
He's also got at least three Velenos, the next three clock-wise. There is probably $50,000 worth of instruments in the picture there, and that's just what he keeps on hand for people to use at the studio...

I don't know. He's started using them when playing live. Just a weirdo thing I guess...
