Electrolytic capacitors..positive or negative end?

The Xicon capacitors I have aren't explicitly marked with a (+) or (-). One side is ridged.....and there is an arrow flowing from that end to the other end. Is the ridged end the positive?

I have no idea ... but i'm pretty sure that the arrow points from the negative pin to the positive pin.

The ridged end is positive.

If you look close at the arrows, There is a Lil' - sign in the arrows. The arrows point to the neg- side. The + side should have a ridge. I HATE the xicon caps because of this!! Makes me think I'm dyslexic.
