Emergency Gear Purge

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

^^ This one definitely isn't thin. Part of why i grabbed it was cuz it had a comfortable neck for me...and i'm the guy who's always looking for something slightly bigger than a 57 Les Paul neck :smokin:

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

You guys just love letting him hold that PRS, and jaguar over me, don't you? Lol.

Please buy these, cos i can't!! : D

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

Oh man, if I could get my Reverend and my acoustic to sell I would be ALL OVER that PRS, I have wanted a CE 22 since I started playing... what a killer deal...

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

At 1000$, anybody who does not buy that CE22 is an idiot. If I didn't already have the 24 fret model, I would be all over that.

Seriously, someone needs to buy it. Now. Possibly one of the finest mixes between fat tone and clarity you will find.

Come on.

Do it.

You'll never regret it, and you'll never feel a bad emotion again.

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

^^ According to Phil, everybody on the forum is an idiot because the PRS is gone :smokin:

Jaguar and Marauder still available. Marauder comes with extra mojo!

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

Hahaha!

Well they can still get an amazing deal on my Jag or Marauder.

And they should, or else I will have to take out the infamous french taunting. It's the only advantage behind being french, so trust me, we use it well.

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

the jag is a monster. with the right pickup, it can be as gentle as a kitten or as unforgiving as a bear!

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

$1,000 for a PRS CE22? CALISSE TABARNAQUE!! Co-worker got a bargain!

My buddy has one of those MIJ Jauars. I'm not big on 24" scale necks but I like more overtones. Those Jaguars are built very well and the switching system makes them quite versatile. Plus it looks bad ass!

Hey now.... I just mentioned I was french. Good thing the filter on here is no bilingual. ;)

BTW, I agree with astrozombie. Those Jags are monsters.

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

This jag is, in fact, a monster. It actually rivals my old USA Strat as far as tone and playability goes and i haven't modded the pickups or wiring or anything. I just haven't had it as long as the Strat and i know I can get more out of it -- nobody's gonna buy a strat with my ex girlfriend's initials carved into the upper horn and a bunch of satanic weed stickers all over it.

It sucks when you luck into an amazing guitar just to have to get rid of it but...my loss is your gain, and this guitar needs to go to someone who'll play her as hard as she needs to be played.

Re: Emergency Gear Purge

cool guitars; good prices.

my advice? pay the $4 to become a contributing member of TGP and use their emporium. I've moved thousands of dollars worth of gear there and never sold a single thing here.

x2.

I pay for TGP membership because I can move 4-digit and 3-digit gear in hours there. That's worth $12 a year to me.

I sold a really obscure and expensive pedal in 3 hours there one time. To a dude who worked at Suhr.

This, on the other hand, is what I call a 2-digit forum, trading wise. $35 for a Hot Rails here and there, but guitars and stuff --- TGP is where it's at.

They have GAS and the wallets that make SDUGF look like the playground.
