EMG Active pickups, getting signal but none of the controls work...

The guitar in front of me has active EMG pickups, 1 volume, 1 tone, and a 3 way (tele style) blade switch. When I plug the guitar into an amp I'm getting signal, but from both pickups, the switch does nothing, and neither do the pots. I just replaced the pots with 25k bourns pots. I'm pretty experienced doing typical guitar wiring but this ones got me stumped...

Haha, it was one of those end of the day rush things. I wired it completely backwards. Then proceeded to assume it must be everything else, because I'd never wire the jack wrong. Shame on me.
