EMG p-90 pickups where to buy?

I am interested in EMG P-81/P-85 active or P-91 passive pickups. Stew mac sells the HZ H4 for $75 and I would assume the P-91 would be the same price had they carried that model since it's the same pickup just in a P-90 housing. Any dealers carry this pickup at or around that price?

I also want to throw an offer out there as I won an HZ H4 pickup on Ebay (think passive EMG 81) and it is sealed unopened if anyone has the above P-90 sized pickups to trade.

Also wondering if dealers could take this pickup as an exchange considering it was never opened to swap for a different pickup?

e-mail mike at mikes music in PA. he's an EMG dealer, duncan dealer and dimarzio dealer. i get all my dimarzio and EMG pickups from him and he's great to deal with. i actually got 2 emp P-85s from him a while back.

anyway e-mail him, he can get them mike@mikes-music-shop.com

Thanks. I will see if the other dealers on this forum chime in.

none of the forum dealers that i know of deal with EMGs or Dimarzio for that matter. thus why i use Mike for that stuff and John at Wymore for my duncans.

Ok Mike, well I sent Mike an email. You bought actives, so they were probably over $100 a piece right?

it was a while ago so i don't remeber the exact price but it was under $100 each.

Mike quoted me a good price for the active EMG's but I was still swaying towards the passives as I do like the sound of the HZ H4's and I didn't really want to have to rip out the electronics and stuff just for the actives. He doesn't carry the P91 or P92 unfortunately.

I did a search online and a link to Stew Mac said they were discontinued. Just wondering if EMG is discontinuing them or if Stew Mac is just no longer stocking them. I guess I will have to call them up tomorrow, but either way I still can't find a source for the passive EMG P-90's
