Ok so i found a deal on the EM12 by Eminence
just less than the Hempdog. The EM12 just has the regular paper cone not the hemp cone

And I got a LASE knockoff of the EVM12L

I'm gonna a/b em and probably send one back

I expect them both to sound great and I keep.em and sell off some of the others speakers I got hanging around

Well . . . I did offer it. Let me find it, and make sure it's ok, (stored in non-AC for awhile), and we can talk. I just have too may irons in the fire to build a cab, and it's not like I'm short of amps.

So the Hempdog just arrived
and compared to the EM12 it's a bit smoother

Got the two in the 2x12 together
Makes it a 200watt cab I can use with bass

I drove it round for about 20 minutes just now

Let's see how it sounds tomorrow
