ESP/LTD Eclipse's

Guitarist

Mesa-ologist
I played one of them the other day at Guitar Center, the Wine Red one loaded with a pair of EMG81's and I have to say, I was very impressed. It has a wonderful Les Paul styled body with less width and weight. The neck is wonderfully wide and fat, kind of like a 50's Paul. The rosewood fretboard was very fast and smooth. All in all I think it's a great axe for a great price. Running at $500 some used.

And if you don't like the EMG's, don't worry! Buy the Heritage Cherryburst loaded with a JB/Jazz combo! Saweet!!

Re: ESP/LTD Eclipse's

You played the ESP Standard Series guitar. Very nice stuff. The new M-II has 81's as well, and it really smokes!!
