I am sure it isn't a hard thing to do but the kicker is getting the shell. The red does look kinda cool but I am loaded up on black ones so I am not buying more...lol.

A rattle can job is going to chip and peel eventually and look like crap. I would rather keep it original.

You have to use specific soft bodied Acrylic polymer Gouache applied in non aerosol form to the pedal case

-otherwise your tone paint will be utter sh*t

It's a really cool look. Happy with an older Max, from when they only came in white - great sounding device.

I thought they had stopped making the H9? Or maybe it's just that they quit developing new updates.
I think further evolutions might've mostly involved the more exotic fringe sounds anyway.
