Everything Axe issue-advice needed

Hi
Have the EA, JB jr in Bridge, Duckbucker middle and lil59 neck. Actually have 2-long story.
Anyway the middle pup-DB sounds OK but the volume is ridiculously low-almost unusable. I think it's the small poles and the 3 split. Just ruins the setup IMHO unless I am missing something. I lowered the other 2 as far as I dare in hopes that would balance things out-nope.
I am now experimenting really raising the middle pup but am worried about magnetic pull, etc. SD says this is the best choice-but why the volume drop. On my regular Strats the quack positions are pretty balanced.
Any advice? Change the pup to something else?

I use the Everything Axe set, and I don't have any volume issues with the Duckbucker. Have you double-checked the wiring in case you have an issue??

No, but both pickguards are like this. One is factory from Seymour Duncan (Musicians Friend) and the other is from Sigler Music Custom Shop D, well known USA dealer specializing in wired pickguards. Since you say your OK then I would have to think my "pickup hight adjustments" and "low recording only volumes" are the cause. Can you tell me how the pickup heights are set on yours?
That would help. I used the suggested 1/8" on the bridge pup and the other 2 accordingly. 3/32's on bridge pup.
