Quite literally 2 hours ago i dropped my pickup height, Funny that actually because most of the feedback i was getting was from the last 2 strings, i think that may have been the culprit but i wont find out until next rehearsal; What is the ideal height for Bridge pickup? Just touch and go sort of thing?

Honestly, the ideal height is the height that works for your particular application. Keep tweaking until you hit your sweet spot.
I have a Tone Zone p90 in my LP Special that is doing the same thing as your guitar. It sounds great but man does it feed back. I need to spend a little more time adjusting it too. Funny thing is, I have a Super Distortion in another Les Paul that sounds and behaves perfectly. I’m beginning to wonder if the TZ just isn’t right in this particular guitar.

Plug your guitar straight into amp and bypass pedals. Feedback? Does another guitar get feedback straight into your amp?
Plug your guitar into a different amp at the volume you play at. Feedback?
This should tell you whether it's the guitar or the amp.
If neither test indicates a microphonic guitar or a microphonic amp you are going to have to sub out your cables one by one and test your pedals one by one. Then in pairs, etc.
You have to isolate each component one by one.

Thanks man, I have tried guitar straight into amp, I'm suspecting its the pickups to be honest, ill try it in my other guitarists rig next rehearsal, Reason i say that is i seem to get exceptional sustain on my b string even when im recording straight into my PC through my Audio interface when i ring out a note in the 10th fret especially i can hear the feedback slightly start coming on even in my DAW but obvs its not a tube amp and the feedback doesnt get amplified 1billion times im very suspicious, Im wondering if the bridge emg is just ****ed. Ive tried all pedals 1 by 1 , The gate doesnt stop this feedback even when maxed out and on high trigger range. Have tried different cables bought brand newies, all i have left to try is replacing my pickups, and tapping my tubes to see if microphonic

Quick update, Tried my guitar on my bandmates amp last night and still getting the feedback when i sustain some notes, Also noticed last night that the hotter my valves got maybe like 3 hours after rehearsing the feedback was getting worse. Is that normal? I havn't tapped my tubes yet, So I'm looking at replacing my pickups for something less "hot" Like some seymour duncan passives or alumitones. And testing my tubes.

If it feedsback with your buddy’s amp too then I guess we can eliminate the amp as the culprit. Do you have another guitar to try as well? Or does your buddy’s guitar feedback through your rig?
Fwiw, I have a LP Special p90 that I had put a Tone Zone p90 humbucker in and it was doing the same thing. It made the guitar totally unplayable. I could have never used it at a gig. I even emailed Dimarzio about it and I sent it back to them for repotting, which didn’t help. It didn’t matter how low I adjusted the pickup either. It just didn’t work in that guitar.
Last weekend I took it out and put the stock pickup back in and all is good.

Yeah his guitar was perfect on my setup, It makes it really hard to run a nice delay in the fx loop on the clean channel when there's so much gain even on that channel. But yeah When i tried it on his amp it was squealing like a mother****er. So I guess I've narrowed it right down to the pickups. The EMGs are just far to hot for some reason, which is really weird because I never had this issue before only just started happening the last few months. Anyway it is what it is, I've been recommended to try Alumitones humbuckers, Also considering the factory Seymour duncan customs that usually come with the LTDs as From memory they also sounded pretty tight before i replaced with emgs, I think i really only put emgs in there for the wank factor, oh well!

So got the new duncan pickups put in, Input jack, rewiring all re done, rocked up to rehearsal last night and the feedback was horrible, Managed to get it more under control than when I had Emgs , But it’s just completely wiped my punchy mid tones to get the feedback under control, Definitely going to sell my evh head absolutely not happy at all and just over it

I took the covers off my head and dialed all my settings up full with just the head/cab connected , and tapped the tubes, There was some NOISY as **** pre-amp tubes, The noisiest of them all was V1 it was absolutely terrible, V2 was slightly bad, V3 good, V4 was quite bad , V5 Not to bad, V6 Perfect. I'll see if i can upload the video i took
