If you are looking for official replacements, I would try calling EVH/Fender, go here and scroll down to the contact info - http://evhgear.com/support/
If you are working on your own build and want something "like" the ferrules used on the Wolfgang, which are probably similar to the ones Ibanez and others use too, check out www.stewmac.com or www.warmoth.com and dig through the hardware sections. There are probably lots of other sources on the web too. I used to have a bunch of the Ibanez ones but I can't remember where I got them.
