Dear fellows,
Sorry if I failed to find anything in the forum or youtube, but I wonder if anybody would have a fair soundclip comparing:
(Passive PU) x (Passive PU + BMP) x (BMP with coil pack or original Blackout)
I read a lot the forum threads, it is clear that the BMP preserves part of the passive essence, but changes the tone towards the blackout (I read it is about 30% of passive tone, 70% of blackout tone). I also read that BMP is better with low/medium output PUs, and brighter ones as well (it supposedly adds lows and mids).
I think that, if someone did that, such a comparison would help a lot deciding whether or not it is worth trying the BMP.
