Fantastic Spina mod!

:yourock: I want to thank all the people who told me that John Spina was the guy to mod my ts-9. I never would have known about John's work if not for you guys. I just got it back from John today, exactly one week after I sent it to him, and the difference literally is night and day. It's crazy good. I've been playing it all evening and it's like SRV is camping out in my dining room. Ok, SRV on a very bad day, but the TONE is there, and that's all you can ask from a pedal. John is truly talented, has a great ear and does fantastic work. Thank you John, and thanks to all the SD Forumites who pointed me in the right direction! :beerchug:

another satisfied customer. Give us some details on that tone! What amp, what axe? What settings have you been digging on your Spina TS9?

I had mine modded too and I have a field day sounding better than other TS9 users in the same jams and songs. It just has that WAIL in larger amounts than the stock TS9. I rediscovered the pedal again when i bought my DRRI and it's just amazing with reverb and overdriven.
