In recent months, discussion on the 18watt site has diverged greatly from the original intent of this forum. It has become taxing on the time and good will of the moderators and admins and petty arguments have become overly tiresome. Therefore, it is time to close down the 18watt.com forum. A great majority of the information required to build or fix 18watt-type amplifiers is found in the Downloads section and examples are posted in the Gallery. Therefore, the FAQ, Downloads and Zounds sections and the Gallery will remain online for the foreseeable future (at least until the end of the 2007 calendar year. Also, there will be a new website called sewatt.com which will be online very soon where discussion of single ended guitar amplifiers will be welcome. Thank you for your participation and good times these last six years. Please take this opportunity to relax and play your guitar. Sincerely, the moderators and admins of 18watt.com
