oh that reminds me i have a '59 guild ce100 with just a neck pup
My apologies for the wait; here is a photo of both!
I play other guitars, and they can be a lot of fun, but as far as rock goes, these are really all I need: 1 HB, 1 volume, and a Floyd.
Lucky ducky. I absolutely love old Guilds. I treasure my '68 T-100D and '68 F-50. The T-100D is one of the best electrics I've ever played, and the the F-50 is one of the best acoustics I've ever played.
Dude....LOVE that claw!!
What's it for is it a tap switch,?

I forgot about my little Gretsch Junior Jet. Even though it was a "cheap" guitar, it looked good, played good, and sounded good. I was toying with the idea of having the pup rewound to mini-hum SM-2 or 3 specs, but gave it to a friend for his birthday before I got around to it. It was a sweet little axe.
Serious question - is the mojo of one pickup guitars:
In the lack of options making you play differently?
From less string pull?
Or does the extra wood and fewer electronic parts actually affect resonance and tone quality?
Other?
diablo pups in both?
