Besides this being an absolute beast of a song to play, the bass is massive here.

I love the way the bass on this song alternates between a phasey delay and completely dry. The contrast makes both sections pop more.

Yes, John Wetton, who never got enough credit for his absolutely crushing bass tone. That's the way a great P-Bass should sound to me.

This right here. I never really paid attention to bass tone until I heard this at age 12. Digging into a lot of Yes, I think while this is the most obvious (outside of Roundabout), their catalog has a ton of very excellent bass tones.
