Early ceramic C12Ns....Wanted tightness and more clean headroom with my amp in a SRV soughta way....

I agree on 2x12 for a blackface amp....you are going to build traditional sounding amps, and that seems traditional to me.

For a head, 4x12 brings out the most sound IMO.

for smaller amps, a 2x10 could be convenient for a BF, Vibrolux style.

I really like 1x15's, but sometimes i feel like i need better upper mids. 2x12's are for me, preferably 2 12 inch weber michigans for loads of bass and headroom EV style.
