FE - the "butnut" Tele

Wattage

High Voltologist
So since I gutted it and never put it back together and I need to just clear up and out of a lot of gear I figured I would offer it up to the bro's here. It isn't going on ebay and I may change my mind but I guess if you are interested let me know, make an offer and maybe we can work something out.

Specs and current condition:

USACG neck - reversed, tiltback 70's Strat headstock on a maple Tele neck, ebony board, abalone dot inlays, bone nut, Gibson sized med Jumbo Dunlop frets. It has had a few sets of tuners on it right now are a factory Fender set that needs on of them replaced.

Squier Tele body - mystery wood but not a ply it is a solid wood body, has factory Squier Tele bridge, string ferrules and four bolt neck plate.

Electronics - basically there, it'll come with the custom control plate butnut made for it, a 500k P/P pot, a 500k pot and Gibson style 3 way switch, and jack - no knobs. It doesn't have any pups at the moment but I will include a Hot Rails for Tele bridge pup if you like, I don't have a neck pup to ship with it at the moment.

The paint is HOK kandy orange and red-orange over a silver flake.

There are a few chips in the clear and a couple of little warts but it is still a pretty badass looking guitar nonetheless. Towards the LP side on the weight but the neck is killer and it made for a pretty rowdy Tele. I used it mostly for slide and tuned down stuff but it could certainly be set up how ever you wanted it. The headstock says "Wattage" on it and it has the Rat Fink "RF" logo as well both are under the clearcoat. I have a few choices for cases or gigbags to go with it if need be. It hasn't been strung up for a while so I am sure it'll need a proper setup once you get it all put together how you'd like.

It has the same exact neck as the Strat, Tommy made them as a pair.

Re: FE - the "butnut" Tele

I really don't have a hard fast price I want for it, I feel kind of weird selling it to be honest but I planned out a guitar I would hardly use unfortunately because it is a beautiful guitar.

Remember I like LP's, Jr's, Specials - copies are cool too. I want this to go to a bro who will rock it out and give it a good home, seriously. What are you good with trading or spending for it, I am not looking to get rich, I'd prefer cash but if it is a trade that works that is all right too.

Re: FE - the "butnut" Tele

Anyone who steps on a stage with that thing is gonna have to have their schit together or be able to take a serious heckling...
