Feeler Thread...1968 Bassman Head

Just seeing if there's any interest in this...I need a decent motorcycle for getting to work on the cheap. AB165 circuit. GT power tubes.

I'd ask $600 for the head, plus the actual shipping. Bonus for Mile High bros, who could pick it up for no shipping $$.

Aww, you're KILLIN' me! I've recently reached the conclusion that a late-60's Bassman head is the perfect Fender amp for me, but I have no way to afford one these days.

It's a sweety pie, but I just can't escape the fact that I like my Music Man more...it out 'fenders' the Fender to me...closer to a tweed tone.

Wow, that looks exactly like the one my uncle owns... Is it the 50w one? Great sounding amps, I just can't convince him to replace the tubes that have been in there since he got it in the 70's :smack:
