Re: Fender head, Marshall cab
Actually the 4/12 was a Yamaha that went with the old Soldano designed TC tube heads and it was loaded with 75's.
The Prosonics were Bruce Zinky creations and the red head in particular was a one off 120 watt handbuild that Bruce gave to Brad.
I did play that head on the 4/12 with the Pink Guitar in Church often while I was the house electric player in a big mega Church here.
Played in front of 3500 or so every Sunday Morning there for 5 or so years at stage levels higher than most Metal bands play!
Sounded sorta kinda like THIS!

Hows that LOL
.
A PINK guitar..on top of that , its a BS CARVIN guitar ( ..thats pink), and a solid state Fender head on top of a phony Marshall cabinet loaded with probably cheap, speakers. For a freakin Church service!
Do you even have half a brain with your supposedly 'hyper-aware' gear rants ? ?
EDIT-Okay..we need to be in a bar with this. Sitting on stools next to each other, and ribbing one another mercilessly, but in good faith. This kind of stuff doesn't come across well on the internet.
Sorry, I didn't know they were Prosonics. I don't know anything about those. Those look pretty good man, especially because that's a Fender cab. No doubt its a great amp, but no doubt it looks cooler on top of a Fender style cabinet than a Marshall.
