Fender Prosonic

Opinions? The owner of my local SMALL music store has two mint, lizard green Pro Sonic heads in the shop. I haven't played them, but should I be trying to work out a deal for the future to grab one of them. I have heard good things about them. Presently he doesn't want to sell them yet.

The Fenders with the best highgain circuits are the Prosonics and the newer Pro Tube Series Pro, Twin, and Concert. Shreddog recently bought a Prosonic head, and was skeptical till he got it and fired it up. I think they're good sounding heads, especially because both channels sound good with humbuckers and singles, plus they have that singing Santana type gain.

I got a resounding NO, for the time being anyway, from him. He loves those amps.
