Fender Strat Elite

Hi all,

I found a pretty blonde Strat Elite ('83 I guess). Does anybody know its original price and what it's worth today if it's in a good shape?

Although I'm usually not fond of major brand guitars this axe would be great because of its versatility. And I only found positive reviews on harmony-central.

Any comments and opinions appreciated.

I don't know what price it may fetch today but I do know a little about those Elites. From what I understand the mid boost electronics that are in them were the precursor to the TBX boost that is in today's Clapton models. Both Clapton and Ty Tabor of King's X used them at one point in their careers.
