What fender amps tremolo's sound different from one another and why?

I'm looking for fender amps that have different sounding tremolos sounds which fender amps and year would sound different and why?

Re: Fender tremolo LFO

Are you asking about which tremolos sound distinct? The tremolo's for a reissue Fender Twin may sound different from a Fender Deluxe... or a Vibrolux ...

What are you looking for specifically?

Re: Fender tremolo LFO

fender used two different types of trem circuts that sound/react different but thats about all i got for ya

Re: Fender tremolo LFO

The bigger brownface amps like the concert and the super had a tremolo that had almost a pitch shifting in there - so it was like tremolo blended with a little of true vibrato. (I never tried a brownface amp, thats what I hear). And then the blackface trem of course is straight-up cleaner and clear tremolo.

Re: Fender tremolo LFO

1.) Are you asking about which tremolos sound distinct?

Yes which fender amps have very distinctive tremolos
even from the 80's ,90's reissues

2.) The tremolo's for a reissue Fender Twin

Why does the reissue fender twin have a different tremolo sound?

3.) What is the reacting component in the fender tremolos?
1.) Modulating the Bias
2.) Opto coupler to modulate the bias

The Black Face amps didn't have a opto coupler it went direct/straight to bias?

(The output of the LFO went to the Bias)

Why did they change and put a opto coupler ? what does it do different ?

Well let's see there's the bias modulation trem that you trolled about in your other thread.

Then there's the blonde/brown modulation trem that Leo got by changing the Q- voltage in the flux capacitors

Finally there's the most well known Fender Trem the troll-coupler trem. You can simulate its effect by using lots of butt plug resistors.

I have to admit, you do make me laugh, Luke. :)

Re: Fender tremolo LFO

Do you want Vibrato or Tremolo? The only amp that does true Vibrato are the old Magnatone's.

Re: Fender tremolo LFO

No not vibrato im looking for amps that have very unique tremolos

Fender has different models that have unique tremolos built in which ones are they?
