Washburn HB-35S (R/S) HB-35 (L/S) and a Washburn J-6S Montgomery (Jazz-box) on bottom. Thanks for the kind words

Total rewire. The only wiring in the guitar when I bought it was the bridge ground. If I remember correctly, I bought it from someone on here several years ago, then sold it to a friend, who then sold it back to me. I have to admit, I was a little nervous about it, but patience was the key!!

Actually got that used from a local luthier. He had done some minor repairs and the guy never came back. So $300 later, it, with the case, were at my house!! Thanks!!

Me thinks this ought to be an inspiration for a "Blonde" thread.
Try the PU's split BTW, a pain to wire in a hollow, but worth it.

Will, My Friend...the Pups make this guitar what it is. The other one, (pretty much identical), has SD 59's, and there is a major difference. I love the 59's, but the Schallers in this make it really sparkle!! Thank you again, for the pups!!! I owe you!

Nice Dave. And you are so right patience is the key. I have watched it done many times & from what I see it is a tedious process. What my buddy does is make a template out of cardboard based on the pots, switch & jack positions, then this keeps everything neat and in order. Once you feed it into the guitar all the wire should be hidden if its done right but it looks like you did a nice job!
